Feel free to make special requests regarding your next order of muffins: for example, switch one fruit or vegetable for another, and/or the other variable ingredients such as flaxseed, wheat germ, wheat bran, and oat bran.

"ABC" Muffins: 

Whole wheat flour, flaxseed, apples, bananas, carrots, yogurt, fresh eggs, Omega 3&6 enriched vegetable oil, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt.


Applesauce Muffins: 

Whole wheat flour, old-fashioned oats, unsweetened applesauce, butternut squash, milk, fresh eggs, Omega 3&6 enriched vegetable oil, brown sugar, cinnamon, trans-fat-free non-hydrogenated margarine, baking powder, baking soda, salt.


Banana Blueberry Bran Muffins:  

Wheat bran, whole wheat flour, oat bran, buttermilk, blueberries, bananas, fresh eggs, brown sugar, Omega 3&6 enriched vegetable oil, baking soda, baking  powder, vanilla.


Banana Chocolate-Chip Muffins: 

Whole wheat flour, wheat germ, bananas, prunes, buttermilk, fresh eggs, chocolate chips, brown sugar, Omega 3&6 enriched vegetable oil, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, salt.

 

Blueberry-Lemon-Flax Muffins:  

Whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, flaxseed, blueberries, yellow squash, yogurt, fresh eggs, brown sugar, Omega 3&6 enriched vegetable oil, lemon extract, lemon zest, baking powder, baking soda, salt.


Carrot Cake Muffins: 

Whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, carrots, cauliflower, orange juice concentrate, fresh eggs, Omega 3&6 enriched vegetable oil, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, allspice, baking powder, baking soda.


Cranberry Flax Muffins:

Bran flakes, whole wheat flour, flax seed, buttermilk, cranberries, fresh eggs, honey, brown sugar, Omega 3&6 enriched vegetable oil, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, salt.


Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins:

Whole wheat flour, pumpkin, fresh eggs, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, chocolate chips, Omega 3&6 enriched vegetable oil, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt.


Ham ā€˜n’ Cheddar Muffins:  

Whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, Natural Selections Preservative-Free Uncured Baked Ham, Old cheddar, buttermilk, fresh eggs, ground mustard, cumin, baking powder.

 

"Pizza" Muffins:  

Whole wheat flour, cheddar cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, green onions, buttermilk, fresh eggs, 2 tbsp sugar/12 muffins, basil, oregano, baking powder, baking soda, salt. 


Chocolate Chip Cookies: 

Whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, old-fashioned oats, chickpeas, fresh eggs, chocolate chips, brown sugar, trans-fat-free non-hydrogenated margarine, vanilla, baking soda, salt.

 

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies:

Whole wheat flour, old-fashioned oats, fresh eggs, bananas, zucchini, raisins, brown sugar, trans-fat-free non-hydrogenated margarine,  cinnamon, baking soda, salt.


Oatmeal Raisin Bars:  

Rolled oats, wheat germ, all-purpose flour, Sunmaid raisins, honey,  fresh eggs, brown sugar, cinnamon, Omega 3&6 enriched vegetable oil, vanilla, salt.
